Clicking a row in LibraryFolderTree already narrowed the gallery via GallerySearchState's path: token, but never actually navigated there -- selecting a folder while looking at another destination (Personnes et Animaux, Maintenance, ...) silently set the filter with nothing visible changing. Publishes NavigateToDestinationEvent(PHOTOS) on every real selection; ViewSwitcher.mount already no-ops when Photos is already showing, so this is free the rest of the time.
